LONDON & PARIS - 23 November 2017 - Axway (Euronext: AXW.PA), a catalyst for digital transformation, today announces it has been named the Best French Company in Ireland by NetworkIrlande and the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce.
The jury judged the entrants on a variety of categories including business growth, innovation, employment and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. While Axway scored highly in each of these areas, the jury was particularly impressed with its business success and its unique position in the field of data management. The judges heard how Axway has transformed its positioning and business strategy in order to help large organisations in their digital transformation. The significant part of Axway success was due to multiple acquisitions ; Vordel (Ireland, 2012), Systar (France, 2014), Appcelerator (USA, 2016) and Syncplicity (USA, 2017) enabling the organisation to integrate the API Management, Analytics, mobile app development and enterprise file synchronisation and sharing (EFSS) capabilities.
The jury also judged Axway on the outputs from its API research and development which resulted in new and improved API Management solutions offered to Axway customers worldwide. Founded in 1999 in Dublin, Axway Ireland (formally Vordel) continued ever since to grow and attract new talents reflecting the company’s strategic engagement in the region.
