What Axway is doing to ensure we are here for our customers

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our team, customers, and partners. For 20 years we have been investing in our infrastructure so that we are prepared for events like this. Our remote workforce continues to be agile and effective. Those new to working from home are quickly adapting. We've also put the following precautionary measures in place to help keep people safe and to ensure customers we'll be here to help them rise to the challenges:

  • All non-essential global employees are required to work remotely
  • Resources required to facilitate effective work-from-home practices are in place
  • Employees and contractors who need to go into our offices are following local guidelines and practicing social distancing
  • All corporate travel is restricted and will be re-evaluated regularly
  • Our corporate hosted events have been postponed, and we're making arrangements to hold them virtually or on a future date

Axway is ready to help today and as we all move forward

The current situation has very quickly changed the way companies, and their customers or partners work. Every day, we hear about new regions adopting shelter in place orders or hardening restrictions. This has driven companies to transition to a remote workforce and Axway is prepared to help the global community through this challenging time.

 

We decided to temporarily offer our File sharing and Content Collaboration solution, Syncplicity by Axway, for free. Syncplicity is a secure cloud service that can be deployed quickly, to provide immediate support and relief for users who are transitioning to working remotely. It provides companies the ability to provision employee accounts and includes cloud storage for their users. With this initiative, global teams can access and share folder and files remotely and collaborate efficiently – while their IT departments retain overall control, security and governance. Additionally, we are offering free trainings and resources to help support newly remote teams.
